From April - July 2017 your all-inclusive package for 50 guests
This includes.
• A wedding in our Chapel with the Registrar.
• 50 x adults for the wedding breakfast
• 50 x drinks 'package comprising welcome drink of your choice, 1/2 bottle of wine per guest during the meal and 1 glass of sparkling for the toast
• 50 x servings of evening buffet. we recommend - calculated as 1/2 portion for day guests who have already eaten and all of your extra evening guests (serving approx. 75)
The following is also included in this package price:
• A dedicated personal wedding co-coordinator
• Private use of our gardens and gazebo for photos upto 5.30pm
• Cake base with cake cutting knife
• Microphone and PA system and background music systems
• Free car parking (leave overnight and collect by noon)
• Red carpet for ceremony
• Seating plan display stand, table numbers and iced water on all tables
• Event Manager to act as Master of Ceremonies, plus 2 other members of Management supervising your entire day
• Tablecloths, Napkins, cutlery, glassware and crockery
• Event staff to set up your room with favours, place cards etc
• Use of the bride’s room from 9 am on day of wedding and overnight to store your presents and valuables
